Shipping policy

Shipping and Returns:

All USED products are FINAL SALE. If in case a return of a "NEW" product in a special case where "Mining Heaven" ONLY can authorize. You will receive shipping instructions and will be refunded the amount minus 10% restocking fee upon receiving the item back from the client/customer. To be eligible for a return for "NEW" products, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, undamaged and in its original package. You will also need to make sure the serial # must match the product you were given.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
